This Bioelements medicated daytime treatment gel controls oil, unclogs pores, fights acne bacteria and helps reduce inflammation. With 2% pharmaceutical grade salicylic acid, meadowsweet, green tea, echinacea and wild thyme extracts, AcnePlex is effective in controlling excess oil, clearing acne blemishes, reducing inflammation and redness and unclogging pores. For daytime use only; apply to clean skin after Active Astringent, avoiding eye area. Companion products include Spotless Cleanser, Active Astringent, PorePlex and Amino Mask.
