SAMPAR exists because of the talented Patrick Sounigo, a medical studies student at Cochin Hospital in Paris. After his studies, Patrick decided to focus on cosmetology and, in 1984, opened the Institut Samuel Par, a skin spa extraordinaire in the beauty world. Here a line of skin treatments were developed that contained active natural ingredients with ingenious new concepts of skin correction and personal treatments tailored to an individual’s own skin type.

In 2002, Patrick Sounigo shared his vision of developing an urban brand with Antoine Bouillot, an innovative designer. Hence, SAMPAR was created to build upon the elegance of the Samuel Par line but also to fit into the lifestyle of a true-to-life Parisian woman of the city.

The SAMPAR Collections include City of Light (for clarifying and brightening skin), Age Antidote, Cosmakeup, Essentials, Pure Perfection (for a blemish-free complexion), and Winsome Body. SAMPAR’s face care line offers Global Anti-Aging products such as the Nocturnal Rescue Mask, a blue ribbon product to tighten pores, mattify skin and rid the skin of marks and redness.
